                  KR,

                  Just for clarification, you mentioned BB curls in the first post, but then also "straight BB Curls" later on. Did you mean a straight set (as with all ISOM old school right now) or that you must use a straight bar barbell for this month's ISOM.

                  (Can you use an EZ curl bar or another kind of bar?...)
