        I'm not competing, but I'm going to get a video up next week if I can get someone to record it. Mine is really going to suck. I have to do leg curls, leg press, hack squats, and then Smith Squats for two sets of 20 so don't expect a ton of slag, but I'll be killing it no less.

            I'm in the same boat, but my weight is climbing so I will see about getting one up in 2 weeks....I don't go crazy heavy cause of my back but it will be good I think....

              I always vote on a combo of criteria. Intensity obviously is #1, then form, and lastly weight. If you can do a ton of weight, but have crappy form or it is easy for you no dice. IMHO these sets should resemble a widow maker.

                          I totally want to start posting videos. I haven't squated in a year due to some back injuries. Sadly I have trouble with even 135. I am still just trying to get the feel of them again. Great videos everyone!

                            Thanks for the submission. That was a great video. The mentions of Truenutition.com and Intense Muscle were perfect. Your depth was great. My only criticism would be that you need to control the negative and work on you form. Besides that this is everything I like to see in a video. Although weight is important, I am more concerned with how hard you are working. That is what I was impressed with. You can see you breathing like a freight train. Great Job!

                              Try doing One legged squats. Put a leg up on a bench and hold dumbbells. Do one leg for so many reps then switch to the other leg do the same. Keep switching until you can't go anymore. Sound fun?
