    Turkey breat (baked)
    fresh green beans
    small salad with low carb dressing


    and of course my wife is making a pineapple and cheese caserole since we are having guests, but I will not be partaking of this sinful creation.

    Yeah, Im eating a salad with some raspberry vinegrate dressing (some good shit), two grilled chicken breasts, and a partridge in a pear tree...

    That caserole sounds pretty good...never heard of that type, but then again, my wife can burn water so....

      I guess it's a Southern thing (not sure), but it's entirely too many carbs for me right now. Saturday would be a different story though.

            GetnBigr, Sorry bout that, so tonight 1 1/2 hours after my post meal, which will be 15 oz grape juice, 125 grams of protein, 50 grams Dextrose, 10 grams creatine, 2 bananas, 2 potatoes. Then I will have dinner, it will be a light one, 16 oz Rib Eye, 12 egg whites with 4 oz non-fat cheese. I can't eat as much after that post meal, yes I am a pig, oink oink...

              you must be pretty damn big, if you can eat all that. By the way, what are the chances you are running slin right now?

                I think I'll have pizza and maybe wash it down with a beer or two. I'll be thinking of you guys as I pig out......

                    I was thinking about slathering the whole thing in cheese. Globs of tasty, delicious, cheese.

                          GetnBigr, Thanx man, I have to say for my age and everything, I have gained more in 10 weeks with DC then I did all last year, I'm not knew to this game either, he has it down...
