    tonight's menu only consists of:

    tuna
    salad with bacon and low carb dressing
    V-8

    before bed I get another 60g protein shake (only 3 carbs)

      If KR and SM can do it, so can I!!! I just started so I'm not craving things like a madman just yet, but I am missing all the good food that I now have to avoid.

        Chicken Breast and greens with Olive Oil Dressing. Same thing I have eaten every night for 2 months

              20 oz london broil, large salad with 4 oz peanuts, 15 chicken wings, I was a little hungry, that was the 6th meal for the day...

                Obviously, you're not on a cutting cycle In-Human..........with that meal (times 6) you should be as big as Sweaty shortly.:p
                TRAIN...because it's in your blood, EAT...because you need to feed the machine...and REST to grow for the next day of INTENSITY!

                  For me it was a tripple cheeseburger from Wendy's with all the fixens. Had the Biggie fries and dipped the in ranch. Got a side of their chicken nuggets (5-piece) w/ ranch again and to top it off I got myself a Frosty. Got the diet coke to go with it because after all, you gotta watch what you eat. That soda can really catch up with you in the gut if you know what I mean.

                        Centaur, Burp, yea, I want 300 by June, so its 650 grams of protein per day and 5000 to 7000 cals per day, believe me, with DC's training, I need as many calories as the grocery store can dish out...
