I was thinking about adding salmon to my diet. Getting sick of chicken, steak, and tuna. Anyone have any feedback on this? Recipes?

Here is a point of interest with Salmon...
If you can, avoid farm raised Salmon...they are fed mostly grain and have hardly any omega 3 fats...

Try adding some lime juice to the salmon while you sautee it, makes it super yummy, I promise...or eat it raw, that's my favorite!Eat it today, wear it tomorrow...Comment

I just cant bring myself to eat it. Ill eat the hell out of some tuna/albacore (I know be aware of mercury levels) but I just dont seem to have the taste for any other seafood. Meals can get boring, but I change things up with different marinades and hot sauces.
