    How is the board working for you?

    I am just wondering if there are any problems or concerns that anyone has about how the board works or any functions that you guys might have problems with.

    I have noticed myself that every now and then I will click on a header and it will redirect me to a search engine or something. This doesn't happen very often but I wondered if there were any other things that we are unaware of.

    How is the speed of the board, too? I have cable modem so I am always running fast but wonder about everyone else.

    Actually I've noticed that sometimes when I click on a new reply from the newest replies or something else form the main page like someone's username, it takes me to a blank white screen and I have to backup and reclick what I wanted. Then it works okay. That happens like 5 times a day.

            Speed is running nice and quick but the problem I have from time to time is when I click to go to a thread it brings me to a blank screen. I just click back and then try the link again and it usually works. But this blank screen thing happens quite often. Anyone else?

                Its running good/fast...experienced some of the same things as others, but no big deal at all...

                  Same here with the white screen, no biggie. I have cable modem also, so speed is no issue.

                        It's pssing me off today damnit!!!! I have typed a few big posts/reponses only to find I have been kicked off the gd site and the post was lost.

                        Is there a setting someone can change for me?????

                          We changed the setting just for you so that you can't post more than 20 post a day

                          but seriously.. When that happens to me I just hit the refresh button, helps for me

                            i don't want to type my posts into Word and copy/paste, but I will damnit!!!

                            usually doesn't matter, but it didn't even give time to type my friggin response, a legitimate response at that. Times out to fast.

                              Site is very fast. I do get the occasional white screen though. Hitting refresh fixes it.

                              If you are using SSI to call in the banner that is more than likely the reason.
