  • Any martial artists here?

    Anyone here actively practice martial arts? If so, what style and for how long? And, how do you incorporate it into your bodybuilding schedule?

    Munster ! I practiice Ju Jitsu . I fight about once every ten days. I have been training Ju fior a few years but not as much now as before. Its very hard to train and train for fighting in my case as I am much heavier now than when I fought regularly. If I had to fight in my class I would be fighting monsters !
    I do know guys that keep a good size ( But no one who maintains a HUGE BBer Size ) and keep razor sharp in their fighting as well , but its very few and far between. You are going to dedicate yourself to one or the other as in anything elae I believe.

      i trained a little thaiboxing, but i could not gain muscle because the classes were very hard and taxing on my body... im only sparring a little boxing once in a while nowdays... but when i reach around 220 in weight im going to concentrate more on martial arts again (MMA).

        i know some Judo. mostly just from instinct.
