Arrived back home in Central Asia and there is no milk in the entire country. Only the powdered baby milk....arrrrrrgggg!!!! I hate chocolate protein shakes with water.....I'll man up, but if anyone has any other liquids they mix chocolate protein powder with - I would appreciate your input....
