at the 3-day breast cancer walk is in the history books! She finished 20 miles in 5 1/2 hours and it was an awesome sight to see and be part of the support for this event...I cheered her from the 14 and 18 mile mark and met her at the finish....We will do it again tomorrow...( rather she will!)

That's fantastic!! I was thinking about her & how she was doing as I sat in my air conditioned car!!!
Treat her right tonight. Big steak dinner, bubble bath, foot massage... awww, give her a full body massage!! she deserves it. :smooch:Greek women, we may be lambs in the kitchen, but we are tigers in the bedroom.

Actually AI, they are spending tonight and tomorrow nights in tents set up on the football field at one of the local colleges here...She was one of the first 100 out of 3500 participants to finish the walk, and I was able to help her set up hers and her partners tent, before they hit the portable showers and went over to the massage tent for a massage.....I'm very proud of her!Heckman aka "WISE" OLD MAN

Very proud of her, Heck.
Gives me warm fuzzies to see a man so proud of his wife. Gotta love a man that loves his woman!"The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem." -

Excellent. Makes it nice when the weather cooperates. Best wishes on a good run.
We've got about 4 more days of sun before the rain hits. I'm gonna miss this Indian summer.
