I want your opinions on what it is you look for and click on when it comes to anything related to training, diet, etc.. Do you prefer videos, posts, pics, logs, etc?
I also want to know what social media outlets you like the most in relation to training, diet, etc..
The reason I am asking this is because I can post a meme with a catchy phrase and 10k people will view it in 5 days. If I post something related to an article or a blog post, etc., it gets only a fraction of the attention. Pics will always get a lot of attention so I even wonder if my neglecting IG and not using it as much as I do FB and Twitter, might be hurting my reach.
