She didn't stop there however. Here ya go!

    1. What is your name? Any nicknames?
Jennifer Gluck (my husband loving calls me “poopy”) … lucky me

    2. Where do you live?
Work in Denver and live in rural Colorado

    3. What do you do for a living or what are you studying?
I am an employee benefits consultant for an insurance broker – I basically design benefits packages for large employers

    4. Are you in a relationship? Do you have any kids?
Married to Sam, one stepson who is graduated

    5. Did you play sports in high school or college? Which one(s)?
    No – I am athletically challenged…zero coordination

    6. Have you ever competed in BBing, PL’ing, strongman? Competition highlights?
Started in figure, moved to BBing and getting ready to do my first PL meet! Placed in top 5 in CO back in the day. Hope to do well in PLing

    7. What motivated you to start lifting? How old were you?
Always loved it in high school, dabbled in college, really started training seriously in my mid-20’s

    8. How would you describe your current training protocol?
PLing with a hint of extra cardio and accessory training. I am pretty mindful of keeping my weight in check and keeping my body parts in balance while lifting for the PL goals.

    9. What advice do you wish you would have received (and taken) when you started training?
REST DAYS are a part of it…I was a serious overtrainer for the first several years. I am much more in tune with it now than 15 years ago. It’s a good feeling and good place to be.

    10. What goals are you working to achieve this year inside and outside of the gym?
Get my first meet under my belt then hopefully do a larger one here in Denver. Main goal in life is to give 100% in all aspects. Finding a work/life balance is a priority in 2015.

    11. Do you have any special skills or hobbies?
I am a huge waterfowl hunter. I spend most weekends Sept-Feb hunting birds.

    12. What kind of music will be on when you get into the car?
I have XM – almost always on the Highway, Hair nation, or the 80’s or 90’s stations.

    13. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?
Kid Rock – cheesey I know, ha!

    14. What is the ONE thing you always get when you go grocery shopping?
Organic baby spinach – I put handfuls of this stuff in my shakes every day

    15. What does a typical day of eating look like for you?
Week days – eggs, oats, fish or beef, lots of veggies, a shake or two, almond butter
Week ends – much of the same plus a bunch of crappy sugary goodness (and wine)

    16. How often are you late for work or school?
Never – I am an early bird

    17. Have you ever had two dates in one night?
Ha! Not recently but definitely yes back in the day

    18. What is one thing you could tell us about yourself that we would be shocked to know?
I grew up on a working farm / feedlot and I eat and have always eaten conventionally grown beef. I LOVE LOVE LOVE working on the farm and with the livestock.

    19. Have you had any major injuries? If yes, how did you deal with it?
Just a recent knee issue, cortisone shot for now…seems to be working

    20. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?
I think right where I am… with a few extra $$ to make it perfect

    21. How many drinks does it take before you get drunk?
    Two and a half

    22. Do you have any tattoos or piercings? Where?
A few tats, on my back and just below the bikini line

    23. Do you train with a partner or by yourself?
By myself or with my coach

    24. What is your favorite lift?
Deadlift (or other random back lifts)

    25. What is your strongest lift?
    Same as above

    26. What is your relationship with cardio? (dating, married, it’s complicated, HIIT, fasted, etc)
Ugh…. Hate “having” to do it but enjoy a few light sessions a week to keep the blood flowing if you know what I mean??

    27. Most embarrassing moment?
Possibly in my early 20’s when after a few martini’s on a busy patio, I returned from the bathroom with my skirt tucked in thong… sexy

    28. If you could have any one superpower, what would it be?
    Mind reader

    29. What motivates you in life?
Health, my own personal happiness and making others happy

    30. What personality traits do you look for in a partner?
    FUN!

    31. If you died today, would your affairs be in order?
    Totally – I am OCD

    32. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
    Worry less

    33. Last book you read?
Some boring insurance book for work

    34. If time and money were not an issue, what would you do with your life?
I would hunt and have a big farm for rescue dogs

    35. Why do you come to IntenseMuscle.com everyday?
I love to learn from others and the motivation is great. I like to gym community without actually having to talk to anyone at my gym

Great pic of you and Sam!

Did Sam accidentally trip and fall into the gym the other day? I swear I saw him post something about being at the gym with you?

Have you had to learn how to balance making yourself and others happy? I sometimes get it wrong and do the people pleaser thing, which can backfire.

totally! I am naturally a people pleaser so I have had to really work on that aspect...it takes effort to not worry about keeping others happy all the time...
