    Its like starting over at 39 years old!

    Been a long time and looks like I have a ton of reading to do? After having kids now its time for me to find a way to "get back in shape at 39" I look forward to reading and learning everything new. Damn so this is what a newbie feels like at 39?

    I cant even use PUMPED anymore lol

      Ill be 45 in October. ...work full-time and part time adjunct faculty @local university.

        I will be 40 in July!I also have a lil girl,the last couple years haven't been easy!But I still love to train!

          Went to the gym yesterday and saw this guy Lee who I haven't seen in ages. He said he hadn't lifted in 4 months and just got back into it 3 weeks ago.

          Lee was Deadlifting. Did a few sets of 5 at 275. I said "good to see you back at it Lee. Glad you're doing well and you're still plenty strong." He laughed and said "it all feels like shit, but better than 3 weeks ago."

          He was qualified for nationals(powerlifting) but had to miss it. He said he wanted to compete again ASAP so he could re - qualify.

          Lee is 75 years old.... I think you'll be OK.
