Go to the " Tool" menu. Select internet options.
Right on the first page ther is a button in the genral tab, that says delete cookies.
If you are running Mozilla(Firefox) or Netscape.
Go to the tool menu and select options.
From there go to the privacy section and select cookies.

along those same lines I found an incredibel piece of sotware that takes care of spyware and adwaer. Those of you computer guys might even know better programs. This one is the only one I know of and it has worked very well for me.
