"Winning Everyday" by Lou Holtz...his other one, is good too. I think it's called, "Wins, losses and life lessons."

        "Last lecture" is good.

        "lone survivor" was awesome

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari
          Atlas Shrugged
          The Prince
The Alchemist (just finished this, truly awesome)

None of those are light reads, but they'll make you think.

              Dune.
Overtraining should be one of the lowest concerns. You should focus on optimal training.

old books that i really liked were shogun and taipan and noble house. they are loose continuations of eachother but it's pretty awesome stuff.

I read this a few weeks ago. Very interesting. I liked it.

I am big Chuck Palahniuk fan. Everything is a wild satire of how out society thinks. Fight Club, Survivor, Invisible Monsters, Pygmy, Diary, Choke, Snuff, Lullaby...all good reads.

Imperium and Conspirata. Three book series (the third has yet to come out) about Roman empire. Very good history with an interesting story line.
