Anyone can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right

Hey Guys we are back in town... things are pretty messy around heren but bot too bad. We have electricity...thats a break...most people are still in the dark.

We first went to Valdosta Ga, bit ould only get a room for one night. The next day we went thru Sylvester, Albany, Plains, Americus looking for a room. We ended up in Columbus Ga, home of Ft Benning. again could only get a room for one night. The next day we headed west to Montgomery Al, then south to Mobile Al. Stayed at a pre civil war bed n breakfast 2 days then it was off to Pensacola Fl for the night. We decided to drive thru the remnants of the storm last night at midnight. not a car on I-10 or I-75 but hit some very heavy rain and wind. we pulled into Melbourne at 7am today and turned the AC down to 70 degrees , took an ambien and slept till 6pm......its great to b e home... Im officially NOT doing my national qual. show in November now..Im going to put some ass on ala DC and kick some ass come spring....

Thanks to all of you that were concerned. my entire family is safe and doing well.

KR-- a special thanx to you for caring and your generous offer to come up there...
bad new though KR... the beach is totally F'ed up! I'll check on your condo as soon as the open the causeways up to the public....

Relieved to see your post, Sweat. There will be other shows. Main thing is that you and your family are hanging in there. God bless.

The extent of damage here in Melbourne ranges from downed fences and tree limbs to some shingles gone, uprooted trees, pool screens destroyed. lots of street signs destroyed and almost all of the traffic lights are down. The beachside is a different story. Much more damage there, mainly from the storm surge. Im heading over to my parents house to clear some tree limbs. The storm had major potential but faded out at the last minute. Ivan is looking pretty nasty. We really dont need a 4th storm this year.

Right now gas is very scarce here, as well as any frozen or refrigerated foods at the grocery stores. They have plenty of water and beer though!.

Skip > Im ahead of the game for next year.- My body fat is fairly low and I planned to TRY keeping it there while adding a little muscle. I could really use the break from the dieting too! mmm pasta and red meat...... Im not going to try to hit 300lbs this year like I had hope for, but 270lbs at 10% BF sounds good to me!

I'll be back online like im supposed to be !
                        see ya
