I was just thinking...what are you guys and gals out there choosing as reading material for this week? Anything interesting? Do we have any as yet undiscovered niche fans of anything in here?

I'm halfway thru Vince Flynn's Term Limits. Then I'll start on his Power series. Have Nicholas Sparks' The Notebook and Anne Rice's The Witching Hour sitting on the nightstand also. Not to mention I'm working on one of my own."The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem." -

Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain. Awesome book. Tells the truth about the restaraunt business and what really goes on. Lets you know what it really means when restaraunt's advertise "specials". Just an all around good read. I recommend it to anyone interested in culinary arts. No recipes or how good to cook reading. Strictly about the business.

So I am trying to get down to 9-10% BF by this December carry this into next year by adding muscle from Jan-July but staying at this BF% then starting my diet in July for the same show December '05.
It has been a heartbreaker but this is what has kept me from competing all these years the skin thing, it has always had me worried, now its coming true, so I will see how it turns out.
Thanks for asking...

Originally posted by Joint FractureWow, that skin deal can be very difficult to deal with. Hopefully it will recover and tighten up. Although the longer a person is large, the harder it is for the skin to bounce back. Hopefully it won't come to this, but......you may consider having the excess hacked off surgically. That of course is a brigde you'll have to cross down the road after you are down to your contest BF%. Keep us posted and good luck.
