St Jude Children Need Our Help. Please Read - Breck

In the end of July, I will be participating in running from Chicago,IL to Peoria,IL (180 miles) in order to raise money for St. Jude. I am not a runner, so this is very out of my element. I hope to run 30 miles in the 36 hr event.

St. Jude does not ask of any payment from a family that their insurance does not cover. It costs around 1 million dollars to operate St Jude for ONE DAY. St. Jude was started in 1962 by Danny Thomas. It is a pediatric treatment and research facility. I hope I never have a child that needs St. Jude, however, if I do, I am glad they are there.

What I am asking for is for those who can, to donate to support my effort. No child should die in the dawn of their life. I will be running for those who can't.

I included running this year, which I have never done consistenly. However, lately I have back off of running for a lower impact type cardio. I will start running again right after my show. Hoping to get 30 miles in during the St Jude Run.
