  • Mom arrested over 10-year-old's tattoo

The Mom says, "what do you say to a child?" You say hell no! I am wondering if the tattoo was done at a legit studio, or someone's garage. Either way, WTF!

Exactly... How is a child otherwise supposed to understand that he or she can't do absolutely everything they, please unless they're taught that there are limits or time to wait until they're old enough to do something?

Definitely not a legit studio. No artist worth anything would EVER consider doing such a horrible thing.

          I'm sure you're right.

          ABC NEWS.GO:

Acworth Chief of Police Michael Wilkie told ABCNews.com in an emailed statement that the tattoo appeared “to be the work of an amateur” and said one police theory is that when Napier took the child to get a memorial tattoo similar to her own, she discovered it was illegal and took him somewhere where it could be done “illegally like a ‘jail house’ tattoo.”

It is a ridiculous thing to let you child get a tattoo at the age of ten or any age under 18-21... obviously she thought it was ok and inline with her morals, that said the government is still over stepping its bounds in my mind, unless a child willingly under no pressure receiving a tattoo is considered or defined as abuse... seems to me to be a moral issue... and the community should ostracize the mother and make it clear that this is an unacceptable act in their community... and the child should be forced to have it removed.
