It would be scary to see what these guys could do on a diet that allows meat.

        GOTSPEED-

Clearly this is a website where members like to train a certain way, for the most part. Why have the last two threads you posted been negative towards this type of training that most of the members here like? Why don't you say something positive?

Only reason ill be wrestling a cow anytime soon is if it stole my steak...

Even then the irony in the situation may force me to let it go.

I like how he implies there's no intensity involved in running a marathon, too. lol
PM me to discuss website/video/dvd etc. related work.

Interesting post, GOTSPEED. It's funny how you mentioned Dorian Yates in the thread title because I watched a video a few months ago of him discussing various forms of intensity. It was either at a seminar or an expo and during the Q&A portion, someone did bring up Shaolin Monks and how they're able to develop their mind to such levels as to defy what would otherwise be impossible to the average person. Check it out:

I'm gonna try the new extreme chest stretch with a cow on each arm just like in the video, is this a "the" new approved stretch? Does it matter which breed of cow as I only have charbrey? Do I twist my pinkie for this?

And Frank I was totally suckered by the Rick Video.

The guy being hit by a tree trunk was just too much...

PS. marathon runners have twice the intensity you have in the last rep of a widowmaker for 42 straight km... those fuckers donĀ“t jog, they run so fast that if you started the race with them you could keep their pace less than a km and you can bet they are in pain 90% of the race trying not to black out...
