dream analysis needed

Ive been having this dark re-occuring dream lately:

Im sitting under a very rickety old wooden bridge. It very cold and foggy. In the distance there are sounds of goats herds and children playing. I lay in wait for one of these small children or a nice fat goat to cross my bridge so I can scurry out from the muddy underside
and pounce on my victim, dragging them back under the old bridge to the dark waters edge to devour....The next thing I know Im wakeing up and Im starving..

what could this mean?
