I have slept with a fan on for about 17 years and I don't care if it is the middle of the damned winter. I have to have my fan. I can't even sleep when I am on vacaction without it. I don't take it with me but I go straight to walmart when I get there and buy one. lol

Am I the only freak out there? I doubt it. Come clean.

I have to have the fan!! My wife has always slept with a fan and when she moved in with me I got hooked. We carry our fan with us almost everywhere we go.

Typical summer night in our bedroom (after sex of course):
--Go to bed I turn on fan, She has blanket up over her, 10 minutes later she turns it off....
--I have no covers, just boxers and sweating, wait 15 minutes and turn it back on.....
--about an hour later she wakes up and turns it off.....
--I wait for her to fall back to sleep then turn it back on....

hubby & i both need the ceiling fan & the portable fan. if we go on vacation, we bring the fan. if we go to visit family, we bring the fan. if we should, OMG, forget the fan, we go to walmart and buy a new fan. If we go camping we bring a couple of those little battery powered fans.

I will admit that I too am a canadian fanaholic, not matter the time of year, a fan must be going.

Even in RI in the middle of winter I had to have my fan on. That and my humidifier all year long. I have to have breeze and air circulation. It also helps drown out noise and is kind've like white noise. I have a very hard time sleeping without them.
