Just got back and yes....I did tear it up!! Only 2 freaking people in the gym this morning and one of them just had to be on the smith rack I needed.. :angry: I guess thats ok though, everything else was open..Heckman aka "WISE" OLD MAN

I usually get to the gym about 2:15 p.m. and there is only a handful of people there. I had to go at 5:30 one day, forget about it! To many social members at that time."Well done is better than well said"
