type regedit on the command line
CLICK ON HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
CLICK ON SOFTWARE
CLICK ON MICROSOFT
CLICK ON WINDOWS
CLICK ON CURRENT VERSION
CLICK ON RUN
GO TO FILE > EXPORT (THIS WILL MAKE A BACKUP OF THE LIST IN CASE YOU DELETE SOMETHING BY MISTAKE)
FROM HERE IT WILL HAVE A LISTING OF PROGRAMS THAT AUTOMATICALLY RUN WHEN WINDOWS STARTS. DELETE ALL OF THE LISTINGS THAT LOOK UNFIMILIAR. THIS WILL PREVENT THE SPYWARE FROM STARTING.

You can hold down the F8 key during reboot and select "safe mode with command prompt". That will allow you to browse your file system even if it's NTFS. As IM said, only do this if you know what your doing. Most "good" spy-ware will have a different program somewhere that will replicate that dll right back when you reboot so it may not help anyway.
