Actually....Oswald did not kill Kennedy. He was in all probability a double agent for the FBI ......he simply infiltrated a radical anti Castro group and got played. He was relaying notes to the local FBI officer (Hosty) and actually told him of the assassination plans...which were broadcast to every FBI office in the US via Telex.
Something absolutely mind boggling is that Oswald defected to the USSR-and made it clear he was going to give them classified top secrets especially in regards to the U-2 spy planes (which one got shot down over the USSR after Oswald arrived) and when he tried to come back-and was unbelievably accepted-the state dept gave him the money for airfare.

He undoubtedly worked for the US gov't after he got out of the US military (Marines).

Chances are-no kidding here-that the actor Woody Harrelson's father Charles Harrison was one of the killers in Dallas.

Charles Harrison is serving time for assassinating a federal Judge...and has said if he makes it out of prison he may have a big story to tell. (I don't know if he is still alive or not).

He has been positively ID'd as one of the "hobo's" that was led off of a railroad car next to the grassy knoll under shotgun arrest. He and his buds slipped away comp's of the Dallas PD.

One of the most fascinating books you could ever posibly read is "On the Trail of the Assassins" by New orleans DA Jim Garrison. This was the book that inspired the movie "JFK".

This book goes into detail about the intelligence community, military operations, and how the US gov't operates. Every page is worth the price of the book.
Garrison was a pilot in WW2, worked in the FBI, and was an officer in the reserves. He had a working knowledge of these organizations that is pretty unique-very broad individual.

BTW-Oswald failed a nitrate test that afternoon in Dallas after he was arrested...meaning there is no way he even fired one shot that day.

And there is doubt about Booth actually killing Lincoln......
