training partner took the HW class , most musclar and the over all. and now has a full head of steam for this weekend.

my other buddy didnt place in the HW class at 5'10" and 211 he was to small but hard

Your buddy looked great! That was an awsome show. I have to say for those of you who missed it, damn sorry! Darrem was great and Ronnie was HUGE! It was a big production, a few snags in the flow of the show but overall a well put on show.
