Great photos, Sweat. With a great rooting section like that, you were already a winner!

Ronnie was at a show here a couple weeks ago and was immense (about 310). Seeing him in person was an experience.

Great job and really proud of you, bro. You earned that beer and burger!

I was laying down in the back of our dressing room, because we had about 4 hrs before we hit the stage. I heard the door open and foot steps. A chair pull up next to me, and I looked up. It was Ronnie.... He goes.." hey man, what class you in" , I said heavy. He says" what chu weigh?" I go 216, What chu weigh?" , he says in a mike tyson like voice.."tree fiteen " I say DAAAAMN Bro, you look hungry!.

We BS's for about 2 hrs, just me and him. we checked out the figure girls asses mostly, I didnt want to sound like a groupy and talk bodybuilding. We just hung out like couple of guys....

He's a real nice guy. and bigger than a MF'er..... his arms have to be 25inches... and I wont even try to gues his quad size...38" 40"?

it was one of the coolest parts of the experience..

Of course my Mom and Dad were there. My mom went thru this with me years ago, worrying that this isnt healthy, or Ive lost too much weight...you know mom's... She's getting to relive it again....
