  • I cant sleep

I lay here with my heart pounding in my chest and ears, sweating and cant sleep. If I do manage to fall asleep it for maybe an hour then I wake up sweaty and thirsty.

Is this from ancillaries? man its tuff stayiing in bed until 3:45 AM, when I start my day with a 1o min soak in the hot tub then 40 mins Low Intensity Cardio.
Im getting maybe 3-4hrs to sleep.

YAWN, and its tuff not to eat at this hour too!

My heart was pounding in a strange way too last night, I was shocked. I tried some meditation to calm me down, luckily it worked.

Sweat...try eating some Turkey and milk for your last meal-If your diet allows of course-they contain alot of tryptophan, the amino acid that was the best sleep aid in the world until the FDA pulled it because the US received a "contaminated" batch of it from Japan.
Guess the RX pharma boys couldn't compete, so they brought out the big guns w/ FDA.

Supposedly tryptophan is coming back....might wanna check it out bro.

If you have been sleeping well up to this point in your prep, your doing pretty good. But I find last 6 weeks or so, at best you get some naps not really any good sleep.
