Here's an idea especially for whe you offer all the new Baskin-Robbins flavors.....
Offer a 1 serving sample pack. You should be able to do it somewhat efficiently, just use like a ziplok snack bag and charge a couple $ for it. If shipping costs are an issue then have a minimum, like 5 samples for X $'s.
