I'm in there at 3:30 am during the week..Sometimes a few newbies show up but they just can't hang very long coming in at that time...Been doing it for the past 5 years...so as SM says: "it is a lifestyle!

24 hours is nice...my old gym used to open at 4am which was plenty early, but my new gym opens at 5am, which is still good for me. Not too many people in there that early..just the same bunch of guys/girls every day.

Man that's a damned good arrangement. Sometimes I have to sneak in through the back door of my gym to train because it closes on a whim...gee whizz!!!

Yes indeed!!! That why they call it 24 hour fatness...I mean fitness! There was only myself and my son this morning and 2 other people working out..gotta love it
