24 hours is nice...my old gym used to open at 4am which was plenty early, but my new gym opens at 5am, which is still good for me. Not too many people in there that early..just the same bunch of guys/girls every day.

I'm in there at 3:30 am during the week..Sometimes a few newbies show up but they just can't hang very long coming in at that time...Been doing it for the past 5 years...so as SM says: "it is a lifestyle!Heckman aka "WISE" OLD MAN
