  • Chest and what else?

    What other muscle group do you workout with chest and why?
    I normally do tri's since I'm already incorporating them in the workout.
    What's yours?

    That depends....Right now I'm doing bis with chest just for a little change. I've also done chest/tris and chest by it's self.

            I usually do chest and delts....

            or I do chest and back. That is one hell of a workout. I alternate sets b/n chest and back. Excellent IMO.

              I do delts with chest, but only side & front, rear delts are trained with back.

                    I have done chest with tris, chest with back, chest with bi's, just about all combos..... But currently I do chest and throw forearms in to get them done....

                          I do chest and anterior delts together. Every once in awhile I'll do triceps with chest instead and move anterior delts into my shoulder day just for a change-up.
                          TRAIN...because it's in your blood, EAT...because you need to feed the machine...and REST to grow for the next day of INTENSITY!
