Got my 13 yo son with us this weekend. He loves to go workout with me..legs tomorrow and back and bi's on Sunday...then just kickin it...do whatever..no big plans..maybe go down and oogle at some boobies on Sunday...All the teenie boppers come out..and some are even members of the itty bitty tittie committe

He's squats about 90 lbs give or take..He's got the bird leg syndrome and we are trying to fix that. Not bad though for only working out less than 1 year..
Ya, if I'd have been working out at that age, I would have been in less trouble all the time
