I didn't like it. I thought it was a anti-gun propaganda piece disguised as a legitimate documentary.

I think everyone is allowed thier opinion but I don't like to be fed crap like that movie did. Impartial documentary my ass.

shit like that makes us responsible gun owners look like morons. take the felons that get caught with guns and cut off their hand. drug dealers and theives with guns should get life in prison. responsible people should be allowed to carry concealed weapons so punks with guns meet an equal or more formidable retaliation.

that documentary was full of lies..even moore had to admit later that he "embellished" a little to get his point across..1) munitions never were lead by the schools..2) the scence of him getting a gun was a complete lie.. he actually had to wait the alotted time period before they would give it to him (background check).. yet he put the same clothes on a week later to look like he got the gun the same day.. he said it was for "effect".. in other words he lied...3) the award given to moore is currently being petitioned to be revoked by the board that gave it to him.. a documentary is supposed to be based on facts.. his was not.. it was politically motivated.. the board found out he lied in the film.. they want the award revoked.. it is currently being settled.. and no.. i do not own guns..moore is out of control.. he lies all the frickin' time..

I agree with them both...and for some reason its tough for me to like something when all the documentary does is slam the gov't of my homeland.

Exactly the reasons I didn't like the movie. Moore or what ever his name is has always been an ultra-liberal puke. I don't remember what award show it was at maybe golden globe or acadamy awards but the stars agreed that they would leave politics out of the ceremonies and not mention the current war in Afganastan. Moore came out and started bashing Bush and the war in his acceptance speech and was booed off the stage. That movie was just a vehicle for his ultra liberal view points.

some of that film bugged the crap out of me "no, please dont walk away Mr Heston, please look at the picture" what a whiney bitch. but on the other hand i dont think it was meant to be directly anti gun. he points out that per capita canada has as many or more guns than the USA, but our gun violence is off the charts. i think it was more trying to look at the underlying reasons that guns are used against people so often here in the states.
IMHO i think guns are for pussies, ive had guns pulled on me before, and in fact a bunch of my friends got shot at this weekend because a bunch of pussies didnt want to take a beating that they deserved. if your a hunter cool. if you think it will protect your home cool. but those who drive around with a gun in their car because they think it makes them invincible, they are simply cowards.
anyway, i think the film was pretty bias and no im not a conservative (nor am i a liberal for that matter) i just think that if your going to attempt to present facts you shouldnt put a political slant on them.

It was interesting as hell to watch. I don't agree with a lot of stuff, but I will say it was an interesting watch. And in no way was it "impartial"
