  • To early for a SKIPLOAD??

Will be competiting in my first show in a couple of weeks not where I want to be but I am proud of the progress I have made on my own without any help from a coach or broscientist gym partners lol. I have been trying skipload and was just wondering if its early to do another skipload. taking in to consideration that I have already hit under my baseline by 1lb.

Didn't you say that you weren't where you wanted to be in your prep? I would say that are to many unknowns here to accurately answer your question but I'm not one of the experts here so I'll leave that up to them if they choose to respond...
