400-440g from when I wake up till 2 hours pre bed on Saturday(second leg day) then sunday Im off from the gym. Maybe try for more? I only do 1-2 sugary meals that day(typically pre WO) then I go to white rice or white potatoes. *Off day I drop all carbs and go to higher fats and protein. Only carbs come from fibrous veggies.*

I am not sure if you can go higher or not. I don't know your specific situation. It does sound like you are progressing well so I would probably just stick to the plan. However, you may be able to load a lot more, just not sure.

made some adjustments starting this week. Ive been on roughly 100g carbs(not counting veggie fiber) on training days 50g first meal of the day then 50g preWO. I lowered fats just a tad and switched my carb meals to pre and post training. Im only hesitant because I finish training at 7:30-8pm and I try to be in bed by 10pm so ive never liked the idea of having a carb meal post training that close to bed. I'm actually going to keep my load day the same and see what happens. Im starting the short ester goods 5/1(according to the plan but things may change pending on progress) so that's going to play a big role as well where im currently just on 500mg Sustanon/wk. Weight is up a few lbs from this weekends load but even with the weight stall before the load I feel composition has really been improving. Ill post up progress shots next Monday.

You too! Just a quick update. Dropped about 4lbs since Sunday so im guessing the water from my last load has come off. Look a little flat but leaner. Also to be noted all I've done with diet was switched my carbs out of meal1 and put them post workout. Calories still the same but WOW has my appetite gone up! Hopefully we got the ole metabolism fired up!

4 pounds below baseline or 4 pounds after the load?

Still keeping the load/reefed day in once every 5 days or so but I may go as far as doing what I'd call an "Intermittent Keto" phase where I get my body to keto on zero carbs stay there 3-4 days then do a modest reefed, repeat. Just an idea I'm toying with. I really want to bring some impressive conditioning.
You look good and seem to be making strong progress. But if you want to really "bring some impressive conditioning," you're likely going to need to push harder.

Then again, maybe I just take longer to come into shape.

Consider Scott Stevenson's current condition. He said he's doing Team Universe on July 4th...

                Best wishes with your prep.

That was actually water from the load. Weighed last night(normally weigh fasted) and I was 230 (guessing 227-228 fasted) so im also thinking the fat burning has really kicked in.

Comparing me to Scott Stevenson is like comparing a local Silver Gloves Boxer to Mike Tyson lol this is my first show...I have upped cardio though and I started Tren/Mast/Prop yesterday. Still no fatburners aside from 6iu Somas eod and I kinda want to keep it that way. I tend to adjust my diet weekly. Also ill be skipping on "scheduled" loads from here on out. It will purely be based on when progress slows or stops completely. Thanks though man! Definitely an interesting ride!

Well weight is back down to 225 and getting leaner! The scale has slowed a bit but I can see changes happening pretty quick just doing 1 big cheat meal a week now vs an all day load. Only thing I've changed is I upped fasted and Post WO cardio. After my workouts 5 days a week I'm doing HIIT on the stepmill for 20min. 8 weeks out and getting pretty excited! Still no fatburners. (I hate clen..)

Hey so i kind of fell off with my prep journal but I won Novice Overall and the Open Heavies. Weighed in at 219lbs prior to carb up. Decided to take this whole year off to improve. Looking at a possible 2 show stint in colorado next year nothing 100% yet. I'd like to see where i stand in a more competitive line up though this was a fun show for my first go! Here are some stage shots.
