    30min steady state this morning and no carbs today. Heavy, high volume shoulder workout today.

    Recently made the switch from DC training. Tomorrow there will be carbs and 2 hiit sessions. Yippy!

        I'm up 3.6lbs from yesterday morning after my refeed. Pretty neglidageable.

        30min steady state cardio in the books as its my zero carb day. I'll get a few meals in me then hit back later today. Looking forward to carbs 2maro.

          Shoulder GVT today and hit my double sessions of hiit. 2maro is check ins and zero carbs. Really looking forward to now hiit 2maro morning.

          It seems as prep gets deeper I'm getting more and more thirsty. Today I was done with my
          1.5 gallons by 5pm. Struggle with this bc if I push water too high now it'll be a real bitch to load before the show. Hotel has been booked as of 2day also. Pics coming 2maro with check ins
