    Hey guys Logan here!

    I've been lifting for 6 years now.

    My best numbers:
    Deadlift 485
    Bench 330
    Squat 385

    I used to compete in powerlifting when I was 18-19, however I am prepping to compete in physique athlete contests in 2016.

    Currently lifting 4 times a week.
    Yoga Daily.
    Cardio on my off days.

    Off Day - Low Carb
    Cardio : Bike Ride HIIT - 15 minutes, 3.1 mi.
    Yoga : 25 minutes - focus on shoulders/chest

      I recommend fasted HITT + steady state cardio
