      Cardio: 45min 6x wk right now. Diet up to last week was a cycle between med & low days with one day being either a junk meal or a skip load. Last week was my first skip load style day. This week keeping carbs around 35g/intra carbs only for the day. Also bumped my protein up some this week as well. Thanks

          Hey Pig! I was using mostly in the offseason and some in the beginning of this prep but have moved away from it as the prep has gotten closer to the end. Most days I train until I feel I need a day off. Taking Sunday off after going seven days straight. Just listening to my body and if it feels good I just keep moving forward. SO far things are going well other than a few old injuries (shoulder) giving me some issues.

            3 weeks out as of today and sitting around 162.5lbs. Things are going well and should bring my best package to date. Paid for two classes the over 50 and another which I'll figure out once I get their. These pics were taken this past friday after several days of low carb days so not much fullness present.

              Very good progress my friend!
              What's your macros like right now?
              Also for the skip load you did ( instead the junk meal)
              How much carbs did you consumed ?

                My macros are changing often so is would be hard to give you exact numbers at this point. Lets just say right now I'm and for the last week or so I've been on very low carbs and mod fats. As for the skip load I wasn't tracking numbers just making sure my selection fit within the skipload concept, Was going more for a set time to skipload more so than a specific numbers.                   Got my BF checked today and sitting at 8.7% (BODPOD). Was at 9.6 on the 23rd of last month. Also gained about 2lbs of LBM from the last check in as well. Will have some 3wk out pic to post in the AM..

                    These were taking Friday at 2 weeks out. Things are still going well. Sitting around 163-2 on an empty stomach. Also had my BF checked this past Thursday and i'm presently sitting at 8.7%. was told I also gained a couple pounds of muscle in the process!

                      BF Check this past Thursday and sitting at 6.6% and 164lbs. Body weight has seemed to fluctuate back and forth a 163-6lbs for the last week or so. These were taken this morning with 8 days left.. Feeling really small !!

                          Sitting with one more week left in this prep. I'm excited to see what kind of look I bring to the stage this year! Typically, for me the last week is were and more specifically the last few days is where I feel I tend to jack stuff up. So having a second set of eyes helping me through that process I think is really going to help things a lot.
