  • foamy?

My mixes(whey isolates) come out extremely foamy when I shake them up. Is this due just to the protein or is the sweetener(splenda) causing it?

it is actually the lecithin they use to agglomerate (instantize) the protein. honestly the best thing for the isolates is to use a spoon to mix it, a few twists of the spoon, then let it sit for about 45-60 seconds and the protein will be fully mixed no clumps or foam.
