  • Gugglesterones

Just throwing this out there out of curiosity.

I've got some TN synthetic gugglesterones and am wondering if there is a difference in the efficacy of synthetic versus the naturally plant-derived forms on the market.

Also, I read in an article that it is effective in lowing cholesterol and triglyceride levels in addition to the "fat burning" properties...would someone looking to gain weight be ok to use it for the cholesterol lowering benefits? (eating a lot of eggs)

    The quote:
"Guggulsterones are considered to be one of the safest supplements available, and do not stimulate the nervous system in the same way as products like ephedrine. They're also approved in India for lowering elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels [2, 4]. Studies show that guggulsterones lower triglycerides and cholesterol as well as LDL and VLDL cholesterol (the "bad" cholesterol) [3]. At the same time, it raises levels of HDL cholesterol (the "good" cholesterol)."

Here's the link to the article: http://nutriline.org/article/66
