Which one

I normally use optimum nutritions pro complex but would really like to give TP a try ...could anyone recommend which tp would be comparable to the pro complex..

The procomplex protein is a blend of whey protein isolate, concentrate, egg albumen, and peptides. You can go to TP and create a blend that's similar to that or you can look under the premixed formula section of their website and try on the those.
