    Outstanding Customer Service

    I realize I am preaching to the choir here, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I recently had a minor issue with an order, contacted Carl by email, and within 24 hours a replacement product was on its way to me, cross country, arriving 2 days later.

    TN has been my go-to company for supplements for over 5 years now, and this has been like a second honeymoon in an already healthy relationship. I will continue, without hesitation, to refer clients/friends/family your way.

      As an international customer, I agree with you. Though my order was delayed due to courier they use, the customer service was great. Chris Wood drove to the post office to deliver my package when it became apparent the courier had lost it. Its even more noticeable as their UK equivalent, (myprotein, cough, cough) has horrendous customer care.

        TN is one of the most outstanding companies I've ever dealt with. An example for all to follow.
        I've won on so many levels already I don't even care how I do at the show. I just wanna look damn good!!
