Only real difference is the Ultra Whey will have a little hydro mixed in with the iso and concentrate. WPI/WPC blend has more concentrate and some WPI. The real difference is probably negligible. You will need to pick up some flavor packs for either one though as they are unflavored.

The below is traight from the TP website:

The Recession Ultra Whey Blend combines the standard Whey Protein Concentrate with the high quality Whey Protein Isolate and fast-digesting Hydrolyzed Whey Protein. Ingredients: Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, Soy Lecithin.

The Recession WPC/WPI Blend combines the standard Whey Protein Concentrate with the high quality Whey Protein Isolate. Ingredients: Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Soy Lecithin.

The Ultra Whey Blend adds Hydrolyzed whey protein, which is a faster digesting protein.
