protein blends and flavor

i'm getting ready to order some protein from trueprotein but would like a little help. i'm looking for a good blend. i've been thinking of 80%wpc and 20% calcium caseinate. need something good and kinda cheap. also what is up with the flavoring? do they pre mix it or send it to you so you can do that? i don't want to get 5 lbs of something like fruit punch and get tired of it. thanks for the help.

I'll let the others answer the first part.

But as for the flavors.......they now have 15 new flavors on top of the choc, vanilla, strawberry & plain. They add the flavors & any sweetners that you may want.
If you think you'll get sick of a flavor, then order the plain so that you can mix it with whatever you like.

yeah, that i usually just by plain or vanilla seeing that it is the easiest to add whatever flavors i want. i kind of figured they added it to however much you bought. thanks for the reply.

that mix you have is a good mix and is very economical. as for flavors, we do pre mix all flavors/sweeteners with the protein, but we soon will offer flavor packs where you can mix your own flavor in to your plain protein yourself to your liking.
