In my opinion the lemonade whey iso protein mixed with dextrose for a post workout meal is the best protein drink I have ever had.
Has anyone else tried the lemonade ?

I'm not an expert in any field of study involving performance enhancement...therefore anything I suggest is not to be taken seriously. Do your research and don't jump into anything your not prepared for both mentally and physically !!!!
I'm having a hard time getting the lemonade down. Sorry to say it is not good for me. Taste is just not there and it doesn't mix that well...and I just got 5lbs of it...lol
Although I love the grape...for some reason it mixed better...and the taste was fine.

Bigwilly I thought the same thing the first time I tried it. Try adding a little lemon crystal light to it and blend it up with some ice and water. It is really good this way.
