I use a nighttime Protein blend that I ordered from True Protein consisting of :
50 % micellar casein
30 % egg albumin
15 % milk isolate
5 % hydrolyzed caseinate...TPC told me to throw that in.
I wanted to make this a slow digesting pre bedtime shake.
I decided not to include any whey protein in this blend simply because I drink 3- 4 shakes per day containing whey.
