TEAMSKIP Blend

My blend is listed on the TRUEPROTEIN.com site and I recommend that all of my clients use this blend other than postworkout.

It is comprised of:

34% cross-microfiltration whey
33% micellar casein
33% egg white protein

Flavor it anyway you like or don't flavor it at all.

It is there, bro. I think it is at the end of the blend list, right before TPC's blend.

Skip, can your mix be used throughout the day? Is this what you use for bulking and cutting?

I'm really looking for a universal mix that can be used anytime regardless of bulking or cutting or preworkout or post workout.

Any thoughts?????

great bled so far i have orderd about 22lbs of it from tpc no flavor and i cant get enough of the stuff

I only use the blend for protein drinks other than postworkout. I use straight whey for postworkout. I am going to go with the WPI this next go round.

You could use the blend at any time during the day and postworkout but it is a slower blend so it would not be optimal for postworkout. Whey, by itself, would probably be a much better choice.
