      Nice article LG.

Personally, I don't vary much from peanut butter & olive oil simply because it is easy to count..come to think of it..I don't think(other than fat in ground beef), I've used any other fat source since starting seriously exercising 10 years ago...

May be time to branch out.

You may want to look into Macadamian nut oil and coconut oil. I enjoy both.

Do you cook with Macadamian nut oil, or consume it as a topping?

Mac nut oil has a relatively high smoke point (210° C), but I'd use it as a topping - its delicious!

Avoid egg yolks? I think that they are a great source of fat.

I don't avoid egg yolks, not for a second. Why waste it?

For me, the best source of fat is ham. I love to add it to the omelet in the morning. Yesterday I had the WESTERN Omelet. Yummy. Recipe - https://club.cooking/recipe/western-omelette/ Western-Omelette-prev.jpg
