    I’ve been re-watching the Longevity 2 DVD and in the diet section when discussing your take on counting the macros in food sources you mention that you don’t count veggies that are ruffage (spelling?)
    I always thought green beans were on that list but you mentioned at...

    New to this forum, been around for while ....Im 5'10....215lbs...mid 40's ( Im well seasoned imo) ....I love gym life and enjoy lifting simply put ????....not a fanatic or obsessed ....hit gym chase the the pump and shoot the shit with other lifters????......look forward to surfing this forum thanks...

    has anyone every experimented with condensing workouts designed to be 3 non consecutive days into 3 consecutive days? I realize it’s not optimum but my new work schedule won’t allow me to get in 4 days a week so I have to do it during my 3 day weekends.
