by Late BloomerI am NOT ready for DC training, but I love the 2-way split. It's simple, straight-to-the-point, and cuts out a lot of unnecessary fluff in the weightroom. Anyone see any issues with this split if it's not used for DC training?
As in:
A: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back Width,...-
