2 months after the show...
Sitting at 225-230, about 25-30 lbs heavier than my stage weight. Been training in the DC method ever since my 2 week post-contest break. I'm loving these workouts!

but now I can finally feel good that I'm leaner than you You were still leaner 8 weeks out than I am now though and I'm 2 weeks out from my next one You've got the frame to carry the extra weight for sure without looking bloated When's the next show for you?
